pH Adjustment Unit
Wastewater first enters the pH balancing tank. Here, with the help of an automatic dosing system, acidic or basic levels are brought to neutral. This creates a suitable environment for the following chemical reactions.
Coagulation and Flocculation
After balancing, coagulant and flocculant chemicals are added to the system. These substances bind dissolved or suspended pollutants, making them ready to settle.
Settling Unit
The flocs formed through chemical reactions are transferred to the settling tank, where they sink to the bottom. The clarified water at the top moves to the next treatment stage or is discharged.
Automatic Control and Filtration
